If the rag joint on the steering shaft is worn, it will cause sloppy steering. I had that problem on my 84 Bronco after installing a lift kit, and everything else had been replaced.

You can get tons of travel (18+”) for super cheap with a cut and turn on the beams , but you go super negative or super positive on your cam when you hit bumps which causes uneven tire wear .

Jan 17, 2020 · That ttb was a mess too, with the pivot bracket for the passenger beam nearly shearing off. I also have only ever bought them in ten ply. I havent bought 6 plys since the goodyear mtrs that cupped so badly. A bronco is too heavy to drive the highway all the time on 6 plys, imo. Either way, with proper rotation, the ttb shouldn't cause a problem.
