Jul 15, 2023 · Fig. 1 compares the relative densities of TiB 2 –h-BN composites fabricated by RSPS at 1200–2000 °C (R series) and those prepared by CSPS at 1600–2000 °C (C series).For both series, the relative density increases with increasing temperature. For R series, the relative density rises rapidly from 82.2% to 97.3% as the temperature increases from 1200 °C to 1600 °C.
